Stallholder Terms & Conditions:

• All items must be in good working order. Clean with no broken parts and compliant with the British Safety Standards. PAT tested if powered by mains electricity.

• No selling of food, drink or formula.

• Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. If it happens to be very quiet on the day, you will have the opportunity to have a table at the next venue for free.

• Maximum of 1 helper.

• Maximum of 2 large items e.g. rail of clothes, pushchair, moses basket, large toy etc.

• No handmade toys.

• No toys, dolls etc based on adult video games e.g. Huggy wuggy toy.

• Nothing unrelated to babies or children.

• If bringing own clothes rail, it must be no wider than 1 metre.

• Set-up from 1 hour before the event opens. You will not be allowed to set up 20 minutes prior to being open to the public.

• Payment is required in advance via our online booking system.

• Items from maternity up to 11 years old only.

• Sellers to remove all unsold items, equipment and rubbish at the end of the sale.

• We take no responsibility for theft, loss or damage to items.

• Business stallholders must forward a copy of their certificate of public liability insurance prior to the event.

• Table and chairs provided.
